    There is a large (5 level) parking lot conveniently located right next to the entrance of 129 Yorkville Avenue. It is located on the south side, closer to Avenue Road. You can enter either on Yorkville Ave. or on Cumberland St.


    We are conveniently located near the Bay Subway Station (just a two minute walk).  Take the Cumberland Street exit and walk across the street to Old York Lane.  Take Old York Lane to Yorkville Avenue and turn left, heading west to Avenue Road.  We are right in front of the Hazelton Hotel.

    There is complimentary parking available for all Glow Medi Spa guests at the Hilton Suites Hotel in Markham.  Please provide your license plate number to our spa reception at Glow Medi Spa and we will ensure your parking is complimentary.


Cancellation or Appointment changes

We book our clients with enough time to provide the personal service and attention to detail that is so important to our practice. However, our schedules are efficiently booked to accommodate our many clients. Your scheduled time is valuable so we respectfully request 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes in appointment times. There is a cancellation fee of $50-$100 which will be applied for cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours notice.

We realize that many people have busy schedules so we do our best to be punctual with your appointments. In order for us do this effectively, we request that clients arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
