Oxygenating Treatments
Complimentary Consultation
I've never heard of it. What is an oxygenating treatment?
This advanced skin treatment is excellent for sluggish, tired skin due to environmental damage, smoking, medications, aging, and improper diet. Dry skin types as well as oily, acne conditions benefit greatly. The results are a fresh, youthful glow. Results are immediate but since the vitamins are infused deeper into the skin, a longer lasting effect is also achieved.
What happens during/after the treatment?
After the skin is cleansed, it is infused with layer upon layer of vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants. It is unlike a traditional facial. There is no removing of products after they have been applied. It is a half hour treatment, and can be done on a lunch hour. There is no downtime although there may be mild redness (which we can easily cover with light make-up), and the results are glowing and radiant skin as you walk out the door. Clients always comment on the radiance of their skin particularly the next day. This gentle oxygenating treatment can be done as often as once a week.
Why do you call it the "bridal glow"?
It is an excellent service for brides-to-be due to its gentleness and it is recommended for the entire bridal party one to two days prior to the wedding. It gives the skin that “bridal glow”.
Is it good for everyone?
Due to the intensity of the penetration of the vitamins, it is not a good choice for those who experience rosacea. The reason for this is that the oxygenating treatment will increase blood supply. So although this increased oxygenation is great for most skin types, it isn’t best for those who have increased facial vessels and redness. For clients with rosacea, we recommend a mild lactic peel instead.
My best friend has raved about this treatment. How do I book it?
