CANCELLATIONS OR APPOINTMENT CHANGES

We book our clients with enough time to provide the personal service and attention to detail that is so important to our practice. However, our schedules are often efficiently booked to accommodate our many clients. Your scheduled time is valuable so we respectfully request 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes in appointment times.  There is a cancellation fee applied for cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours notice.

We realize that many people have busy schedules so we do our best to be punctual with your appointments. In order for us do this effectively, we request that clients be on time for their appointments too.  If you arrive late for your appointment, it may be necessary to shorten the length of your treatment if it does not compromise the effectiveness of your treatment.
