Due to the increased number of cancellations and late appointment changes, we have felt the impact of the disruption on our schedules.  There is now a cancellation fee of $50 applied for cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours notice.

Please understand that we value each and every client.  We acknowledge that special circumstances do arrive that occasionally may make unexpected changes necessary.  With this in mind, there is a grace period of one occasion before any penalties are charged.  We thank you for your understanding.
